When you get your cheese home, please store in the refrigerator in its paper in a container with the lid slightly removed to allow the cheese to breath. An idea is to use a take-away plastic container and make a few holes in the container for air circulation.
Before you want to enjoy your cheese, please take it out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before consuming so you can taste the true flavours of the cheese.
Should the cheese develop some small mould spots, this is normal. If you don’t feel comfortable in eating this mould, then simply remove with a knife as the mould is just on the rind.
